What Marshall does
A defect report or a tender lands. Marshall reads it, digs out how MSL quoted similar work before, pulls the right products at current costs from their own catalogue, and stages a draft quote in Uptick, the system MSL already runs on.
The team reviews instead of typing. The knowledge in the draft is all theirs: their history, their catalogue, their way of pricing a job. Marshall just does the legwork of assembling it, in minutes rather than hours.
Built on trust, not autopilot
Two rules are wired into Marshall, and they matter more than any feature.
Nothing he writes ever goes to a client on its own. Every draft is reviewed, adjusted and filed by a person who knows the job.
And Marshall never invents a number. If a cost was not stated anywhere, he flags the line rather than guessing. He also helps keep MSL's product catalogue in step with their suppliers' latest costs, staging every change for a human to approve before it touches anything.
